Muhammad Husayn Mirza Farmanfarma’iyan, the younger brother of ‘Abbas Mirza Salar Lashkar, writes to his sister-in-law, Zahra Sultan ‘Izzat al-Saltanah, from the hospital in Berlin. He mentions that he is writing on Salar Lashkar's behalf, as his weakness does not allow him to write himself. He describes Salar Lashkar's treatment and tells her that he is improving and there is no need to worry. The writer complains that the addressee has not written any letters since leaving Maraghah; the writer has gone through difficult times during which he expected caring letters from the addressee and his family, but the addressee must have been very busy; since then, the writer has learned about the addressee's whereabouts and about his job at the registry office of Tabriz. He asks for frequent letters and sends greetings on behalf of his nieces and nephews, as well as his children, Amir and Ibrahim; he also sends special greetings to Sarkar ‘Illiyah ‘Aliyah Khanum and the respected brothers.

Probably to ‘Amid Lashkar; about work and family matters, including: the financial accounts of the villages of Kandi and Vali Hasan in the Hashtrud district; meeting with Basir al-Dawlah; the promissory notes to Sayyid Murtaza Lashkar-nivis; the Mukri account books; the appreciation of ‘Amid Lashkar in Tabriz; Mirza Abu Turab Khan's well-being, his studies, and his request for a coat and a photo of the addressee; Asad Allah Khan Yavar's promise to deliver wheat; sending Baygum Baji's greetings; and a request from Mirza Abu Turab Khan's mother for more letters from the addressee.

Letter from Muntasir Lashkar
Letter sealed on verso by Mahdi Muntasir Lashkar; he warns that helping to move ‘Amid Lashkar's peasant, Iskandar, from Zaviyah village would lead to resentment between the writer, the addressee, and ‘Amid Lashkar; if Iskandar wants to relocate, the addressee should not be the cause of it. Note on verso, in different handwriting, denies taking Iskandar and advises the addressee to investigate the issue by questioning Karbalayi Muhammad ‘Ali.
